Indonesian (Kampong) Fried Rice

I believe the food called Fried Rice is known all around the world because of its delicious taste. Honestly, fried rice is one of my favourite foods. But, there is various kind of fried rice: Chinese fried rice, Malay fried rice, etc. This recipe is about traditional kind of Indonesian fried rice. By using not so many ingredients, I think there is no way you can't do it. 🍚🍴
Ingredients: (For 1 Serving)
1. Shallot,Garlic, Chilli padi
2. Rice (1 cup)
3. Soy sauce (salted)
4. Sweet soy sauce
5. Vegetable oil
6. Egg (2)
7. Salt
8. White pepper
9. Marinated chicken thighs (optional)


Processes :
1. Mince 2 shallots, 3 cloves garlics and 5 chillies padi (If you can't eat spicy, use 3 chilli padi)

2. Beat 2 eggs with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp white pepper

3. Heat the fry pan until hot
4. Add the minced shallots, garlics and chillies to the pan
5. Stir fry until fragrance
6. Add beaten egg to the fry pan beside the minced ingredients
7. Scrambled the egg until half-cooked

8. Add 1 cup rice
9. Mix all the ingredients gently
10. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce(salted) and 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
11. Mix it well

12. Add fried marinated chicken thighs, belinjau (bitternut) cracker, cucumber and chilli sauce (OPTIONAL)
13. Serve it and Enjoy !!! 😋😋
